The Port Bolivar Volunteer Fire Department invites you to the 26th Annual BBQ Cook-Off & Auction on June 11th and 12th, 2026, in Port Bolivar, Texas—two days filled with smoke, sauce, and community spirit in support of our local volunteer firefighters.

Talented pitmasters will compete in categories like chicken, ribs, brisket, beans, and Bloody Marys, while visitors enjoy great food served from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, followed by awards and a live and silent auction at 5:00 PM.

This backyard-style coastal event brings together locals and visitors for great BBQ, friendly competition, and a chance to bid on unique items and experiences, all while supporting the brave men and women who serve and protect Bolivar Peninsula.
